A: Absolutely! The book is designed with beginners in mind, guiding you through the entire process of healing. Those who have been managing the condition for some time will be equally suited for the book, as it will give them the extra push (and info) they need to finally reverse their condition.

Q: Do I need any prior knowledge about medical terms or nutrition?
A: Not at all. The book explains concepts in straightforward language that’s easy to understand. Remember: I was a patient too, so I use lingo patients would, without medical knowledge.

Q: Are the recipes complicated or require hard-to-find ingredients?
A: Most of the recipes are simple and use everyday ingredients, with a few being a bit more time-consuming. They’re all designed to be easy to prepare, tasty, and liver-friendly.
