From Fatty Liver to Healthy Liver is, therefore, more than “just a book.” It’s the culmination of over 10 years of my life, dedicated to understanding, managing, and ultimately reversing my non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD).
I did my best, over all these years, to help people like you or your loved ones – diagnosed with a fatty liver – reverse their condition. On many occasions, people who followed my advice, have reversed their fatty liver disease – so it only made sense to group all the information scattered in this blog (and in my mind) in an easy-to-follow, logically-arranged book.

Why I Wrote This Book
Back in 2014, when I first heard those words, “You have a fatty liver,” I was almost crushed by the fear that followed. I got home and started crying, feeling defeated. Feeling that it was “Game over” for me.
I had just started a family, my son was barely 12 months old, and the thought of not being there for him in the future was horrible.
But despite the overwhelming dread, I refused to accept that fatty liver disease was irreversible. I started researching, devouring everything I could find on the topic, and what I learned not only helped me heal but also completely transformed my life.
The changes I made – simple, consistent, and almost exclusively based on natural methods (basically eating right and adding exercising to my life) – brought me back from the brink. You can read more about my diagnosis story (and about me overall) here.
I know firsthand the panic, confusion, and frustration that comes with being diagnosed with fatty liver, and I also know how amazing it feels to beat it naturally. And the best part?
